Form will need to be filled out to completion and the more specific, the better. An email follows with the next steps. Inspiration photos are very helpful and encouraged to bring your vision to life.

Virtual Consultation

 

After the consultation fee is paid we’ll set up a time to discuss
your project in detail. Pricing and budget is discussed, sometimes a virtual walk through or video of your space is helpful.

Conceptual Design Phase

Proposal/Design Package & Design Agreement: Our proposal outlines your project to a T- scope of work per your project, project phases, design concept & development, and design agreement acceptance & deposit to begin work. Payment must be received before the design phase begins.

Room Measurement Guide: A room measurement guide is provided to fill out to help space plan your space accurately.

Concept: Mood board(s), floor plan(s), design board(s), materials selections are provided based on your project needs.

Final Design Phase

Final Design Presentation & Final Payment: Any changes necessary have been made, updated, and the final design is approved and balance is paid.

Purchasing: Depending on the project and agreement, Designer purchases approved items upon receipt of payment; or the Client purchases the items.

Procurement & Installation: Client receives items ordered, checks the items condition, assembles anything if necessary & installs the design per Designer’s Install & Styling Guide. Designer fee to complete this process is available.

Project Wrap Up

Walk Thru: Depending on your project scope, this will take place virtually or in-person. It’ s a 1 hour follow up meeting that discusses any questions or details we need to cover.

Photos: Receiving photos is always appreciated, or we can take photos depending on the project.
