Therefore, we believe it is very important to create the best first impression possible when staging your home. We like to accommodate clients by providing full service staging packages as well as occupied staging options.

Our Vacant Staging Packages require an initial consultation to determine the right needs of the home. In this visit we will take measurements, photos, make necessary assessments of the home, and provide recommendations regarding updates or repairs that will maximize your return on investment. After the initial consult a proposal is provided outlining staging packages for your specific property. Once reviewed, accepted, and staging agreement signed & returned, then we can begin working our magic!

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
About to list your home and not have a clue where to begin? Or is your home pretty much there and you just need help getting it “photo ready”?
Deana M. Chow Interiors can help you make those tough decisions and provide you a solid plan to highlight your homes most positive features. We provide a 1-1/2 - 2 hour home consultation, in which we- walk & talk your property, take photos and any required measurements, and provide our professional suggestions. You’ll be provided with a helpful tips handout to prepare your home for sale. Detailed staging reports are additional.

This one on one consultation is perfect for homeowners who plan on living in their home while it is on the market or for those who prefer to do it themselves. We will address every space while notes are taken during our walk & talk. We will come up with a detailed plan as to how to get your home market ready addressing items such as- curb appeal, de-cluttering, removal of some furniture pieces, and more. Our ultimate goal is to help you create a move-in & photo ready home that attracts buyers, helps you receive the best possible return on your investment, and sells your home quickly.
